What we collect
When you use our consultation form or contact us by phone, email or LINE, we may receive:
- Your name, phone number, email address and LINE account
- The matter you want to discuss, the details you share and any documents you send
- Your preferred way for us to contact you
Why we use it
- To contact you, arrange and provide the consultation you request (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract)
- To provide legal services under our engagement once you instruct us
- To comply with the law and professional rules that apply to us
Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as health data, through the website form unless it is needed for an initial consultation.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. We use service providers needed to run our office: website hosting (Cloudflare), a form-processing provider, email (Google) and LINE. Some of them may store data outside Thailand; we choose providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no more than 1 year from the last contact. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may:
- Access and obtain a copy of your data
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure, restriction or object to processing
- Request data portability and withdraw consent where we rely on it
- Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee
